At Desert Bloom Gift Co., we carefully package each gift box with love and intention so it arrives beautifully and ready to gift.
Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship gift boxes are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Custom gift boxes, corporate gifting orders, and large quantity orders may require additional processing time. We will communicate timing with you before your order is finalized.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and time of year. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or lost/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@desertbloomgiftco.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to guarantee delivery to the correct address.
Local Pickup
When available, local pickup options may be offered in the Phoenix/East Valley area. Local pickup details will be provided at checkout or arranged directly with us.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
For corporate gifting, realtor gifts, employee appreciation gifts, or custom bulk orders, shipping and delivery timelines will be discussed during the proposal process.
