returns & refund policy
At Desert Bloom Gift Co., each gift box is carefully packed with love and intention. Because many of our boxes include artisan goods, food items, personal care products, and curated seasonal products, we are unable to accept returns on most items.
Returns
We do not accept returns for gift boxes or custom orders unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@desertbloomgiftco.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right through a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.
Custom Gift Boxes
Custom gift boxes, personalized items, and corporate gifting orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once approved and fulfilled.
Food, Bath, and Personal Care Items
For safety and quality reasons, food items, bath products, personal care items, and opened products are final sale.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item, we will provide instructions for next steps. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
